I was given the tools to successfully manage multiple dental offices and affect change in my community while receiving my education at HSDM. The New Pathway approach to learning is how I train my staff and associate dentists, which gives us the edge in how we are able to recruit and retain exceptional people. Looking at dentistry as a specialty of medicine has enabled me to think differently about patient care and in some cases save lives by treating the whole patient, not just the mouth.
